The hotel was very close to city center and was a very easy walk to the shops. The rooms were very cozy and perfect for our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. We had breakfast included and it was a nice little spread. The restaurant also had a good selection for dinner. It felt like the staff cared very much about whether our stay was comfortable. If we’re in Inverness again, we’ll definitely stay here.
Excellent location
The big room nice all round
Absolutely adored this place, it was so cozy and close to town centre. My little window that looked out to the river I loved! Very quiet, couldn’t hear any of my neighbours.
Within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and Inverness castle, right on the river walk. Good restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. On site parking.
The location of the property was very good, and while we were there we did not have any noise from neighboring rooms (but I don’t think we had any neighbors). The room was okay and had what we needed. Staff was very nice and breakfast was pretty good. Location is great, right below Inverness Castle, at the river, and a nice stroll to downtown.
The room was nice and big and very comfortable. The view onto the river was also amazing. It is convenient to have the brewery and a restaurant on the property - definitely an added bonus.
The location is beautiful, has parking options. The brewery/distillery on site is very good and fun.
The location was perfect and I loved the different townhouses for the different rooms! Also loved the distillery on site.

We were in Ness. In river facing rooms which were spacious and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was great! Had a fab sleep and woke up to a lovely river view. Would definitely stay again.
Great location, comfortable bed, good hot water & shower pressure.
The hotel is great overall, also the heating source is climate neutral and worth a look. However, the wifi was rather poor and staff wasn't able to sort out the problem. Also, if breakfast is included in your booking, avoid the coffee.

Everything was perfect, very cozy and wonderful. The hotel is located right in the city center, in an excellent location below the castle and very close to the clock tower. It sits right on the River Ness, with a lovely view of the river from the room window. Breakfast was very good, and Aga at the breakfast reception was absolutely lovely, welcoming us with a warm smile and making us feel at home. We will definitely stay again. We wanted to try the distillery, but after a long day of tours we were too tired, maybe next time!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you want a quieter stay a short walk from the city center, it's great. Having options for breakfast or lunch for people going on tours.

It was wonderful to have a bathtub, the breakfast buffet was great and had good selection(especially the pastries), the location is perfect to explore town or catch the train, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the Tweed curtains and the drink tokens.
Location was right next to the river and walkable to many things. Generally, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the distillery attached and did a tour.
